Our Team

Andrea Brown
Property Management Agent
After completing her B.Sc.H at the University of Guelph, Andrea worked for OMAFRA as a research assistant and consultant. Realizing the 9 to 5 work behind a government desk wasn’t for her, she began to explore other interests. When the opportunity arose to open Brownstone, she eagerly joined the team.

Jim Brown
Head of Construction
Jim began his construction career working in concrete forming with Smith Concrete out if Orangeville in 2004. In 2009, after a hockey injury, he began to examine other avenues of carpentry and found a passion in home renovations. From there, he completed his apprenticeship at Mohawk College in Hamilton and founded Brownstone Renovations in 2010.

Chris Huie
General labourer
Chris joined the Brownstone team back in 2010 as a general labourer. Over the years, Chris has worked hard to develop his carpentry skills and complete his apprenticeship at Mohawk College. Now, as a recent graduate, he looks forward to becoming a fully licensed carpenter.

Dakota Taylor
General labourer
Dakota is the most recent addition to the Brownstone team. With a solid background in carpentry work, Dakota has just begun his apprenticeship at Mohawk College. We look forward to seeing what he can do!
